2008 happy days!
Did a debut gig at Paradise by Way of Kensal Green. We had a great evening in a really cool rock and roll room - and a load of mates came down - so the event was really well supported - thanks to all who showed!! Name of band is Black Cat Bones - one of the ingredients of muddy water's voodoo potion. We acknowledge our debt to the 60's band of the same name - but as Kurt Cobain recycled the name Nirvana from a 60's band with 0 negative impact on their career -we feel we're in good company. For that night only producer Roy Dodds sat in on drums and did a sterling job! Thanks, Roy.

Line-up includes Geoff Raggett on vocals and Dean Ross on keys, Grieg Robinson on bass, yours truly on guitar and a drummer to be announced after auditions this wednesday! Keep you posted. We are doing a kinda 60's psychedelia/beat revival covers and some contemporary rock with a touch of blues thrown in. We are available for gigs so interested parties email thru link below.

After many setbacks including the temporary illness of engineer Gareth Redfarn, I've released my new album!!.... Easy Street ......It's available at cd baby in the next couple o' days. I'll post the link in the music section of the site asap......
This one features Sha White from Eric Clapton's band on backing vocals and Gaz Foote on alto sax. Both contributors have been brilliant. inevitably an artist isn't quite sure how to be objective about his own work, but so far reactions to it have been extremely encouraging - so do please check it out for yourselves .... and feedback of any kind would be gratefully received.....
New Album

Recording again at Hi Street Studios with Gareth Redfarn at the knobs. Think I've managed to really liberate my approach to both songwriting and instrumentation - Actually I'm extremely optimistic about the direction it's taken and so will do an initial pressing of 1,000 copies. Backing vocals and brass and fairy dust to go on. Schedule held up by lack of studio availability but a hoping to complete soon. 1st 50 comp. copies to anyone who emails me and can send their address.
